So J(my girlfriend) comes home from work and starts telling me about a couple that has been coming to her restaurant lately. They are personable, nice, and seem to take a shine to J. Today when they came in they told J that they wanted her to wait on them, if possible, whenever they came in. J thought this was flattering. OK so far. At the end of the meal as the couple were leaving the woman approached J and told her again how nice she was and how the world would be a better place if more people were like her. Little weird, but still nice. Then they drop the zeal-bomb. "I would like to give you this so you know what god's plan is for the wicked." And proceeded to assault J's hand with the sharp corners of propaganda. Being who she is she said thank you and goodbye. But she never wants to wait on these people again. ATTENTION ALL ZEALOTS! WHEN YOU GO OUT TO EAT KEEP THE CARDS IN YOUR POCKET AND SELL CRAZY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Senator Arlen Specter said Sunday that he believed Attorney General Al "Fredo" Gonzales would likely resign before the No Confidence vote that congress has initiated. Not bloody likely, Magic Bullet. This administration is hovering around 30% approval. What real political gains can be made by Gonzo leaving? Maybe Bush jumps to 33%? There is no way they are going to concede Fredo because he has way too many secrets. Two percentage points is not going to do anything for this disaster of a president, and he knows it. The story has been written on this administration and all it's failures. Just add another one to the list. Freddie's been a good little soldier, so he will stay. We all know that one of our president's qualities is loyalty to stupidity. The only way AG is leaving is impeachment, or a fishing trip on lake Tahoe with Dick Cheney.

Porn is a spectator sport just like any other. Let's take baseball. Millions of people go to see baseball games each year. They watch, they enjoy, they get inspired. They talk about their favorite players and spend their hard earned money on tickets, food, beer, autographs, and memorabilia. They are fans, they are fanatics. They are all very involved the world of baseball, yet they know they will most likely never participate on the field. Same thing with porn fans. They buy the dvds, they go to the conventions, they spend their hard earned money on things they enjoy. They are fans, they are fanatics. Drugs, crime, tatoos, sexual perversion and everything else that the porn police use to demonize a multi-billion dollar industry can be found in every categorized group of people. Including fans of america's pastime. The problem lies in the fact that sex is somehow dirty in America. How hypocritical! We as a country use sex to sell EVERYTHING! Baseball included. Yet when sex is the commodity instead of the ad we all turn our heads and gasp, "not me, never!" Yeah right.

Whether you watch alone or with a friend, porn is always enjoyable. Just Like Baseball. So please save your faux indignation. If you want something to be angry about try illegal, unjust wars, a HUGE national debt, global warming, genocide, poverty, marijuana laws,unprecedented government corruption, health care, pedophiles, and domestic violence. If none of those things bother you more than adults getting freaky on film and other adults enjoying it, well, you're probably an asshole.

To all none of you that have visited, here i am baby.

Where is our John Lennon? I went to an anti war rally a few weeks ago and not only was the turn out shameful, some girl got up and sang "All we are saying..." you know the rest. Maybe it was because she sang it like someone who was trying out for i-dull, but it didn't seem potent. I wasn't old enough to experience the sixties, but it seems that we are in at least as dyer times as we were then. Who will step up and potentially sacrifice their career and citizenship in a country they love to openly question our government? That's what Lennon did. He spent his own money. He was engaged on a scale that endagered his whole way of life. He wrote that song. I argue one of the most important songs of the twentieth century. It is as synonymous with rebellion as Che'. The problem is, we don't have anyone in contemporary society that has that kind of respect from young people, that kind of spirit, that kind of influence, and that kind of talent. Who will step up and write a new song? Cuz the times have motherfucking changed. Where is our anger at what Gw and congress have done and are doing in our names? Where is the outrage at the loss of civil liberties, the unjust war mongering, the unprecedented war profiteering, and religious zeal that infects everything in our lives? Sorry John, our song needs to be angrier. It has to pull the apathetic from their couches and scream "NO MORE!" This Bush and his henchmen are criminals and need to be stopped. Of course a new song won't do that, but maybe it can get more than fifty people at a rally. Maybe it can rile them up. People love to sing along.
