 You Poor Woman

David Vitter's wife lashed out at the coverage of her husband's extramarital affairs with hoowahs. I'm paraphrasing, "In most marraiges this would be a private matter, obviously that is not the case." No shit, genius. You are the wife of a public servant who has repressed everyone who hasn't lived up to what he perceives as a righteous, moral, god fearing life. Family values are what your husband has claimed he is all about. Meanwhile, he was fucking anything that moved and paying for it. Oh, I'm sorry, he probably wasn't fucking you. Where is the indignation that you and your husband so publicly threw in the Clinton's faces. Hypocritical cuckhold. Live the life you made.

Kharma?

 CHRISTOFACTS?

SO LET IT BE WRITTEN...

Conservapedia-- A conservative encyclopedia you can trust. The truth shall set you free.

A conservative christian zealot named Andrew Schlafly founded conservapedia because Wikipedia, he claims, has a liberal, anti-christian philosophy. Home schooled kids wrote most of the first entries.

HOLY SHIT! GOD AND BABY JESUS, HELP US!

You've got to hand it to the right. When facts get in the way of their political and religious manifesto, they just create an outlet to dispute said facts, with "facts" of their own. These "facts" seem to come mostly from the bible. Belief rather than information and fact drive conservapedia's entries. Seriously, you should check it out.
If you like to base your decisions on facts and or the best information you can find, you will giggle at the absurdity, anger at the bigotry, and be saddened by the thought of perpetual ignorance. I am not saying that Wikipedia is be all, end all of information. Far from it. It seems to me to be a good launch for research, and should be second-sourced. It's pretty easy to check most everything against something else when your swimming the inter-webs. However, if you are getting your information from a faith based, "factual", wiki-media site, you're not looking for facts. You are looking for reinforcement. Of your bigotries, ignorance, ideology, and righteous aversion to anything or anyone that doesn't adhere to your narrow viewpoint. (could I have used the word "fact" more? Maybe. Ha.)

So conservapedia now joins the grotesque clique of "Ideological News Fact Outlets", or "INFO".(Pretty cool, eh? It just came to me.) Other notable members are:

Fox News
The Weekly Standard
The National Review
The Washington Times
The White House Press Room
Rush Limbaugh
Michael Savage
** A special mention for all of America's Corporate Media. It's just a little more subtle.

Republics Say: Civil Rights For Whites

Why is this man all alone?

The picture is from the NAACP's GOP Presidential Candidate Forum. All nine republic nominees were invited. Only Uber-xenophobe Tom Tancredo showed up. (all of the Dems showed)

After speaking extensively about America's oppression of white males and the white man's shrinking sphere of influence, he bit the head off a Mexican child...in effigy.

The other candidates claimed they were too busy or had scheduling conflicts. Probably they were getting their caging systems in place or lobbying Diebold.

PS. The stuff about Tancredo is a fabrication based on my best guess.

The Worst, The Dick, and The Weak.

I heard Senator Sherrod Brown do an interview today and he made sure to do his best to say that impeachment was not the way to go. The littany of reasons he gave was ridiculous. He said his main concern was stopping the war and changing the direction in America. He also said he doesn't want the republics to scream "See! They just hate the president!" Further, he thinks it will give the conservative base something to rally around and finally he said we just don't have the votes. He then went on to say that he understood why he was sent to Washington in 2006 and he is very sensitive about it.

Let's start with "stopping the war and changing direction", if it isn't obvious to the good Sentator that those two things cannot happen with Bush/Cheney in office then he is woefully out of touch.

As far as being afraid of the republics. Who the fuck cares what they think?! Do what's right for our Democracy. You weak-kneed prick!

Let the conservative republic hypochrists rally. What are they at now? Twenty-five percent. Let them thump their bibles and selective morals all they want. They know not what they stand for.

You don't have the votes?! You don't have the fuckin votes to stop the war either, you moron! You have to get 67 to override the veto you know will come, while you only need a simple majority in the House to pass an article of impeachment. Card Carrying Pussies, the lot of you.

I was completely disgusted. As you should be.

PS. The president lied in the face of evidence again today. Nothing new, I know. I will try to post the lie and subsequent rant later.

Bush Says: LALALALALALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU! LALALALA

A few things to make Americans sick.

1. Sarah Taylor told the Senate Judiciary Committee that the President had instructed her not to testify about the Attorney firings, claiming Czar Privelage. She is a private citizen. Does the president have the authority to do that? No, but a dictator does.

2. King Chimpy says he will veto any bill that has a date for withdrawal. Will not even look at it. He will just Veto. Sight unseen. We don't have deciders in this country. We have public servants...at least we did at one time.

3. The "Support the troops" republics blocked S.2012 with a filibuster. (56 YAYS, 41 NAYS. The Dems needed 60 YAYS) The Jim Webb bill would have placed strict limits on Natl. Guard and Reserve deployments to the Middle East, as well as mandating more down time for returning troops before re-deployment.
See, the republics know that the "surge" really involved almost twice as many troops as the president announced. The Armed Forces are already stretched to the limit. If there were restrictions on Guard deployments and more down time between tours it would be much harder to keep Bush's war going. BUSH'S WAR FOR PROFIT.

4. Richard Carmona, former Surgeon General under W. from 2002 to 2006, testified that the Bush administration constantly politicized his job. Politicized the Surgeon General's office more completely and thoroughly than any other administration previously, according to the former Surgeons General Carmona had consulted. Bush politicizing
the government? Yeah right...and gas will be three bucks a gallon.
