***Edwards drops out of race.***

Fuck! He had my vote.

George "The Ultra-Vile, Mildly Retarded Twitching Monkey" Bush delivered his final State O' The U last night and, as usual, it was complete horse shit. So many innappropriate smirks, so much twitching, like a below average soap opera actor doing the best he can to inhabit the character of "President". This fuck is an absolute embarrassment.

He speaks of peace, but spreads war...
He speaks of liberty yet strips us of ours....
He speaks of unity and tears us apart...
He speaks of economic strength yet we are going broke....
He speaks of "We the People", but he has no idea who we are...
He speaks of soldiers, but ignores their needs....
He speaks of sacrifice, something he has never done...
He speaks of children as long as they stay healthy....
He speaks a strong army, but weakens ours...
He speaks of integrity and lives corruption....
He speaks of victory, when none can be seen...
He speaks of god and god speaks to him, but...., well..., obviously that makes him an asshole.

You get my drift.

You are pickin up what I'm puttin down.

He's a truly dispicable human being.

And he will lie with enthusiasm to anyone, about anything, anytime.

Oh yeah, don't forget about the mercenaries that now have a vested interest in and a powerful influence on making war, whether at home or abroad. They got to keep making the bucks....and they will. Bush and Co. made sure of that.

Beware the military industrial complex...I think we were told.

It's easier to fear and believe
Than it is to stand and question.

We allowed it all to happen.

HAVE A NICE DAY!!

And yes....

Ronald Reagan was an evil moron too . Here he is feeding a young GW the sour, rat milk of conservatism.

In the timeless words of Saul Rosenberg, "Jesus...god and baby jesus help us".

I didn't actually watch the big event, just saw some "highlights". Did he really say "Al-Qaeda is on the run..." or did they just splice that in from last year (or some other year)? And how they hell far are they running, anyway? They must at least be out of Iraq by now, no? Wait, you don't think he's chasing them all the way over here, do you? So maybe we can fight them over here so we don't have to keep fighting them over there? Might be cheaper. Maybe he's smarter than we think.

notacynic -- He said IT ALL man. I mean this guy was inspiring! What a motivator! Like a less intelligent Karl Childers. MMM Hmmm.

They are running and we are running after them, but....in a continuing circle.

I think his strategy was always to run both the "extremissssstssss" and our democracy, in circles. Ya know, to keep us dizzy.

On a literal note. He used to spend hours and hours as a child, literally, running in circles. TRUE STORY! His mother used to ask him why he didn't play with the other children? Why he just ran around in circles by himself?

He would just stare at her, wipe the drool from his mouth.....

And continue to run.

Out.

It was too bad about Edwards, he went the way of Kucinich and everyone else who doesn't toe the corporate line. The only thing left between a Hillary/McCain choice in November is Obama (and some even more repugnant repubs). Yay America!

notacynic -- Little Dennis was my first choice, then Edwards. It's a shame that the media and the money makes the choice for us.
We need public fincancing of elections. Then maybe someone worthwile would run....and win.

Late.
